Shifa’s distinguished academic journey includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Geography and Environment from Jahangirnagar University, a second Master’s in Applied Finance and Capital Market from the University of Dhaka, and Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. His dedication to excellence has been recognized with numerous scholarships and awards.

In his professional career, Shifa has demonstrated impressive leadership. As the Head of Business Analytics at Mir Group, he successfully developed and implemented efficient business, financial, and operational systems. His initiatives led to the launch of two new ventures and secured significant investment funds.
